Democracy Matters. The world needs to stop pandering to loud and self righteous minorities trying to subvert democracy. Stop the woke nonsense

HE KNEW THE DOSSIER WAS FAKE. WEEKS LATER HE WAS DEAD IN A FIELD Dr David Kelly was Britain's foremost weapons inspector. He spent years inspecting Iraqi facilities, earned a Nobel Peace Prize nomination, and knew more about Saddam's arsenal than almost anyone in government. In 2002, Tony Blair's government published a dossier claiming Iraq could deploy chemical and biological weapons within 45 minutes. Britain went to war on the back of it. No weapons were ever found. Kelly knew the dossier was rubbish. He said so, quietly, to a @BBC journalist. That conversation ended his career, his privacy, and ultimately his life. The MOD carefully allowed his name to leak to the press as the BBC's source. He was then hauled before parliamentary committees, stripped apart by his own employer, and thrown to a media frenzy he never asked for. Two days after giving evidence to MPs, the 59-year-old was found dead in woodland near his Oxfordshire home. Instead of a proper inquest, Tony Blair asked Lord Hutton to run a private inquiry. Hutton concluded suicide. The inquest was opened, then suspended, and never resumed. Eight senior legal and medical figures, including a coroner, later wrote to @thetimes saying the verdict was unsafe. They argued the wound found on Kelly's wrist, a severed ulnar artery, would not have caused sufficient blood loss to kill a healthy person. There were no fingerprints on the knife found beside his body, even though he was not wearing gloves. In 2011, Attorney General Dominic Grieve rejected all calls for a new inquest. He said the Hutton Inquiry was "tantamount to an inquest" and that further investigation would be dismissed by judges with irritation. A man challenged the government's justification for a war that killed hundreds of thousands of people. He was publicly destroyed, died in mysterious circumstances, never got a proper inquest, and the people who sent him into that media storm faced no consequences whatsoever. Tony Blair became a Middle East Peace Envoy the following year. You genuinely could not make it up. Sources: @BBCNews, openDemocracy, Hansard, @thetimes | Hutton Report

People are resigning from Rupert Lowe’s party, including local branch chairs, after discovering that former Tory MP Scott Benton is now employed by Restore and has access to the membership database. Scott Benton resigned as a Tory MP after he was caught in an undercover sting offering lobbying access to the gambling industry. They’ve now found a photo of him with a Hebrew tattoo and are saying this is not what Rupert Lowe promised them. The people Restore are attracting is certainly something.

I don't care about Restore supporters bleating on about the right to stand a candidate in Makerfield yes they have a right to stand but is it the right thing to do? if Rupert Lowe & his supporters cared one iota about this country they would put egos aside and sit this one out

It’s becoming apparent Reform and Restore politicians / supporters dislike each other more than they dislike Labour and the Greens. It’s a perverse situation, and doesn’t help with the ultimate goal of ridding this country of terrible, left-wing governance.

I can barely contain my disgust, it looks like right-wing infighting is going to gift Labour a seat. With Jeff Banks I've long urged unity on the right. Rupert & Nigel need to bury the hatchet & come to some arrangement. I know the enmity runs deep but put the country first.

@DrHoenderkamp @liam345 Renee it's based upon 368 voters which is 0.48% of the constituency population. Its not statistically valid and you should know better than posting this sort of fake polling from the Times

Just rejoined Reform UK. Previously I had left Reform, and briefly worked with Restore. When in Restore, I was involved locally in helping manage a number of social media accounts for a Cllr and two prominent members. My opinion of Restore was positive when it was a pressure group, and I while had my reservations about it becoming a party, it wasn't until more recently that I have come to realize numerous red flags with Lowe, some senior members, and how he is treating the future of this country. While in Restore, I witnessed first hand how a Cllr was telling prominent members to ignore many of their own supporters on X, because they were looking to move away from the eth nat types. While I'm not associated with eth nationalist movement myself, the act seemed deceptive and that was one of the first red flags. There's been a number of more red flags since, and by now I imagine other members are beginning to witness some of them. More will come out in time about what is happening amongst senior members and the disconnect between Lowe->Alastair->supporters. Reform haven't been perfect, but for the time being they are a platform to build upon and to help bring about change. Reform are a big tent, and they have some great people in that really want to do the right thing for the country. they're our best shot at averting total disaster, and deserve a chance. We can argue on the extent of policy later - for now we must all unite and move in the right direction. For now, my advice to both Reform *and* Restore supporters is to unite, for the good of the country. Treat each other respectfully. If you don't want to lend your vote, that's fine - but stop the hate between each other - it achieves nothing and it's exactly what the establishment want. Let's start building. Vote Reform.

Reform 40%. Restore 7%. Burnham 43%. The Sunday Times poll for Survation at Makerfield shows the split right will bring in our most Lefty Prime Minister ever. Grateful if Nigel Farage and Rupert Lowe would put down their swords and pick up the phone.

The Times have just released a new poll for the Makerfield by-election by Survation. Robert Kenyon is the only candidate who can stop Andy Burnham. This is a two horse race - nobody else comes close.

Homeless Man Jumps Off Westport Pier To Save A Puppy, And It Was All Caught On CCTV The footage from Westport Pier started with something no one expected to see. A man walked to the railing with a black duffel bag, threw it into the water, and left before anyone could stop him. A few feet away, a homeless man wrapped in a blanket noticed the bag moving. He didn’t wait for help. He ran to the edge and jumped in. Minutes later, the camera caught him climbing back onto the dock, soaked and shivering, with the bag beside him. When he opened it, a tiny puppy was inside, wet, scared, and barely able to lift its head. The man took off his own jacket and wrapped the puppy in it until help arrived. When someone asked why he risked his life for a dog he didn’t know, he said, “I’m where I am because of choices I made. That dog didn’t choose to be put in that bag. Besides, I’m used to being cold.” The puppy is now safe and recovering, while people online are trying to find the man who saved him.

When the truth comes out, all the people currently slamming me for my criticism of Restore will see. I have an article laying out the truth, ready to go. But my hope is that I don't have to publish it. That the real story will be revealed - meaning it's not dependent upon me to do it. Why? What would be the point? Lowe fanatics won't believe me, many seem scarily unpleasant, I will get abused (as I have already experienced from his sycophants) and Lowe himself is a millionaire litigious bully. But I know the truth. I know what went on. I know what is going on. And I am confident, soon, you will too.
Dave@DaveKent101

So disgraced ex Tory MP Scott Benton (who was rightly told where to go be Reform) is now heading Restore's Makerfield campaign. This creature has told his canvassers at the Bryn Club to ignore Labour voters but instead to try to take the votes from Reform voters. Conclusive proof that Restore know full well that they cannot win Makerfield but instead want to deny it to Reform. Following the instructions of Tory Rupert Lowe and the Tory Party. Some at Restore are still trying to deny that this shifty charlatan is working for them.🤦‍♂️ It really does not get any more blatant than this, folks.
