Because of Biden’s $1.9T spending spree—the American Rescue Plan—which Kamala Harris broke the tie to pass in the Senate. Sure, you can talk about GDP growth, but here’s the truth: Biden-Harris inherited an economy that was already bouncing back under Trump. More than 70% of the jobs Biden brags about are just pandemic recoveries, not new gains. In fact, the Bureau of Labor Statistics even had to revise the numbers, erasing a third of Biden’s so-called “job creation.” Their economic record? It pales in comparison to Trump’s and looks borderline fraudulent. Under Biden-Harris, wage growth and inflation are nearly equal—both around 19%. Compare that to Trump, when wage growth was 15% and inflation just 7%. Americans were actually getting ahead. Funny how you didn’t mention any of this during the debate—probably because you knew you’d be fact-checked live.
