@deray Service availability…. That’s employees that are usually working 24/7 for technical issues and support. They are off or “closed” on holidays…. Shotspotter runs on July 4th… ALWAYS has!

The carve-out re: July 4th is tucked away in Attachment A of Addendum One to the ShotSpotter Contract. See below. Note "select holidays" and the SLA inclusions which includes Independent Day (a.k.a. July 4th).

@deray As it happens, I’ve found two publicly available ShotSpotter contracts, both of which curiously seem to lack the provision you say is common. 🤔

@deray @Rafa_Mangual Shot spotter runs on July 4th that’s fact. It also can differentiate between fireworks and gunfire and it does so on the regular. FOIA the NYPD’s shot spotting records… or will that ruin your narrative…..

Again, @Rafa_Mangual is out of his depth here and clearly had never seen the addendum to the contract or the attachments. & has no data to support his argument. & yes, it is propaganda to cite the ShotSpotter CEO’s random tweet as your only source. But also par for the course.
Rafael A. Mangual@Rafa_Mangual

Pull the string on @deray’s back and you’ll quickly learn that, “That’s propaganda!,” is one of ~five things he knows how to say when confronted with contradictory evidence.

@deray Lies.
Rafael A. Mangual@Rafa_Mangual

So @deray falsely claims that ShotSpotter is turned off on July 4th and therefore wouldn’t have helped in the recent case out of Cambridge. Here’s the CEO of ShotSpotter correcting the record. Perhaps @deray will publicly do the same by deleting his post and apologizing?

This is a gross claim and there’s nothing to support the assertion that *if* ShotSpotter had been in Cambridge then the person would be alive. And ShotSpotter’s own contract notes that on “select holidays” like July 4th, the date in question, they don’t reliably report gunshots!
Peter Kazanjy@Kazanjy

Cambridge city council members [checks notes] Ayah Al-Zubi, Jivan Sobrinho-Wheeler, and Patty Wheeler led the push to disable Shot Spotter and are culpable in this employee's death. Headshots attached just to surprise you.

After the last Presidential election, Ro Khanna reached out. We had a short meeting where he pitched himself as the centrist, pro-DOGE, pro-Elon Democrat. I didn’t follow up. He then steered hard left to feed his ambitions. This man blows with the wind. I have the receipts.

Candace Owens is a narcissistic psychopath and a manipulative con artist who lied to you. Thomas Massie is a pervert who’s never going to read the Epstein client list on the House floor like he promised. Air conditioning is amazing. Donald J. Trump is still your president.

The World Cup ball is doing more than keeping play moving. Hidden inside is a sensor that tracks every touch, helping match officials make faster and more accurate decisions.

🚫 CLAIM: Iranian state media claims that transit through the Strait of Hormuz is only permitted through routes designated by Iran. ✅ TRUTH: Iran does not control the Strait of Hormuz. Since early May, U.S. forces have helped facilitate the successful transit of more than 800 commercial vessels and 380 million barrels of crude oil through the vital international trade corridor.

@TMuratovic84820 @FrielGranville @Dispropoganda @SmithDog2244 @grok Bc that’s not what it says, you are cherry picking time frames for your answer. Without the transfer and goods, ships and supplies BEFORE the lend lease act Britain would’ve had to surrender or negotiate an unfavorable truce. All that was before Germany invaded Russia.

@TheJJChiles @MajorsZeroFour @AndrewFeinberg I bet a lot of tech hasn’t necessarily been implemented that has already been R&D for the next gen of presidential aircraft. There is probably a lack of tech and some new tech.

The most likely reason for this is that the “new” ex-Qatari jet doesn’t have the self-defense capabilities needed when flying from Turkey while in a shooting war with Iran. The actual VC-25 aircraft does have those capabilities.

lol it is common sense, it’s a main reason we didn’t sell the F-35 to Turkey is because of their Russian air defense systems. They track and transfer that technology to Russia and China… same common sense though process applies to any us military technology. It must be hard being such a beta cuck who knows very little about the military. Enjoy your day pussy.

US aid to Allies vs Germany before Dec 1941 entry: 1939: Cash-and-Carry lets UK buy US arms cash and ship on own vessels. Sept 1940: Destroyers-for-Bases - 50 US destroyers to UK for Caribbean/base rights. Mar 1941: Lend-Lease Act - billions in weapons, food, materials to UK (extended to USSR Oct 1941). Impact: Sustained Britain after Dunkirk/Blitz, averted financial collapse and likely peace deal. Strengthened Atlantic convoys. For USSR, trucks, fuel and supplies were vital for logistics and survival post-Barbarossa. Bought critical time, helped prevent German consolidation of Europe, and contributed substantially to eventual Allied victory.

@MatthewRehman1 @FrielGranville @Dispropoganda @SmithDog2244 @grok It would take years for you to build the atom bomb without UK, and much more people would have died if you had to invade Japan, than died in Europe And also, you wouldn't have earned any money, so the Soviets would just conquer you after they were finished with Europe

@Ray_Devlin @AndrewFeinberg Highly possible, I’m sure it’s lacks some, but has some newer tech as well. Speculation all around at this point. This is much more of a political issue than anything else.

@MatthewRehman1 @AndrewFeinberg Ask yourself why it is a "bridge" aircraft and how they managed to press it into service so quickly. Even the fact that it sports the blue paint on the underside of the fuselage tells you it doesn't have some of the normal tech.

@jadedconsultant @AndrewFeinberg Maybe you more insight being a former staffer but that seems pretty clear to me. The implications of having rapid feedback of US stealth technology being fed back to adversaries by one of our own NATO allies is a huge issue…
