When she gets a call and text from Elias the brother she chooses to finish her shift at work. Any other parent would be in a car driving up. She knew from past police contact VC always harmed others, never himself. Lies after lies to avoid any blame. I’m afraid the family can’t shirk the responsibility or blame. You should have done more, you could have done more. You didn’t even call the police or any other emergency service at the day of the attack when you knew in your minds it was your son.
