I’ve visited a Frank Lloyd Wright house and it was unimpressive, but I imagine there are some that are fantastic.
Obviously an artist, he made some of the most unique American homes. His concept of developing an architectural style specifically for the US was correct.
We still need this.

@PatrickMoranTB They didn't, though, they paid a 2nd round pick for him. I like the player, but the Bills are absolutely taking a pretty significant capital risk on him being the player he was 2 years ago.

For me personally, I don't treat the DJ Moore trade like the Bills gave up their 2nd rounder (get a 5th back) to get him
I treat it like the Bills agreed to move down from No. 26 in the draft to recoup the day two pick they traded away in order to get DJ Moore and a 5th rounder

@YardsPerPass So making the big assumption that TH will keep the same efficiency as 2024, that would put him at 15 sacks. I think 11-13 is probably a good estimate, given his age and injury.

@YardsPerPass Keep in mind Hendrickson faced a *ton* of passing snaps(5th most in the league that year at 514, a sack/PS rate of 1 sack per 28 passing snaps), which the Ravens will likely have less(they averaged 24 passes against per game last year, a total of 422).

I've been thinking about the Chubb and Hendrickson deals and I know people really wanted a big splash... but I think the Chubb signing might be better than people think
- Chubb: 3yr/43.5M, $14.5M avg, 29M GTD
- Hendrickson: 4yr/112M, $28M avg, 60M GTD

@YardsPerPass I also think there's reason to think Hendrickson isn't the best fit in Baltimore. He'll do well, don't get me wrong, Balt has a ton of talent on D. TH is a poor run defender though and Baltimore doesn't run up scores anywhere near to the degree Cinci does.

@WeirdMedieval @HiddenYorkshire I live in a city where the food is almost universally tremendous, surely other parts of America have shit food though. I think a lot of Europeans don't really grasp how large the US actually is, to be honest.

I haven't read the study, so maybe this is covered but my first guess would be that, while weed doesn't make you dumber/slower, the lifestyle that comes with being blitzed all the time certainly does.

This flies in the face of the experience of every single person who has spent time around long-term weed smokers. As I have. I am willing to listen to alternate explanations. Maybe people who do a ton of weed also take other drugs which are what's hurting their brains. Maybe people who are genetically predisposed to weed are already flakey. Maybe the researchers are weedheads. And yes I know plenty of people who smoked weed who were cognitively just fine. It's fair to say it's minority that destroy their lives. But still. "No cognitive decline" - that's on a par with Piltdown man.
