قرائنی که دیده میشود نشان میدهد که ج.ا. تنگه هرمز را رها کرده است. بدون بازگشایی هرمز، حتی همین تفاهم نخستین نیز شکل نمیگیرد.
پس از عقبنشینی از هرمز، ج.ا. بدون هیچ کارتی باید به بازی مذاکره بر سر برنامه هستهای برود.

تمام ارزش این تفاهمنامه، منوط به وضعیت هرمز است. اگر اینجا توافقی شد، پس از آن گفتگوی هستهای آغاز میشود. یعنی تنها خاصیت این تفاهمنامه، توافق بر سر آغاز گفتگوی هستهای است. منتهی همین هم تا این لحظه حاصل نشده. ج.ا. میگوید کنترل هرمز در اختیار ما میماند، ترامپ میگوید هرمز باز میشود. یا یک طرف دروغ میگوید یا همه چیز به سرعت فرو میریزد.
