Can’t believe this is even a debate. Bear is the bad guy in OBSESSION. He doesn’t start like that, but, once he realizes the hell that Nikki is I’m, he ignores the fact that the girl he adores has been stripped of all of her autonomy. He even asks to ‘adjust’ the wish, rather than cancel it. He overlooks all warning signs that Nikki isn’t really Nikki until he absolutely needs to face the reality, before which he’s already been intimate with her despite her not being in control. How is any of this being debated?

@AutismCapital The comic sucked to be honest. But it handled Homelander's ending way better than the TV show. Instead the showrunner turns him into an obvious Trump caricature and even says as much. At that point there is no separating the show or the character from real world politics.

Not sure why people have a problem with Homelander going out like this. Convinced those people never actually watched the series. Homelander has always been a pathetic fragile ego coward that’s become increasingly unhinged and desperate. That’s the whole point of the character. This pathetic last ditch effort is perfectly on brand. Homelander was never going to die with dignity like a brave hero, he wasn’t a brave hero, he was a spoiled child. That was the whole point. This was realistic for the character.

OBSESSION was one of if not THE scariest and hardest movies to get through I’ve ever watched in my entire life.
Went to see a 9:30 PM showing by myself. Had no idea what to expect. I’ve never been as drawn in and captivated by a movie in maybe 5+ years.
The people behind me saw me jump out of my seat 10+ times. I was throwing my hands up, gasping, shocked the entire time.
Inde Navarrette gave one of the best performances of modern time. She deserves ALL the awards.
When this movie hits streaming it’s going to do NUMBERS. 🤯
Not a movie to watch with people who talk during movies or to be on your phone for even a second. Needs your full attention.
