Turn your #WordPress custom meta into Query Loop filters. Zero hooks, zero code. Just select your fields and the magic happens. Coming soon to Modern Fields Pro. ✨

Built an iOS SaaS hero in the WordPress editor with the new @vercel_dev AI Gateway plugin ⚡ → 40+ providers, one key (Mistral, xAI, DeepSeek, MiniMax…) → One prompt, 96 structured blocks → Every selector editable in CSS Native to the WP 7.0 AI Client. Massive work by @felixarntz on both sides of this bridge 🙌

Finally. Unblock is out. In French, *un bloc* means "one block." In English, *unblock* means freeing the editor from its limits. That's the whole pitch: every block in Gutenberg = one real HTML element. No nested wrappers, no abstraction layer. What you build is what ships. The AI part follows naturally: no custom schema to learn, every LLM already speaks the open web. The chat is Unblock. The model is yours, configured in WP 7.0. Lifetime Deal opens next week with WP 7.0. Demo is live now. Meet Unblock. unblockwp.com/meet-unblock/

🚨 Wow. 🚨 “Today, Matt made the decision to remove real-time collaboration from WordPress 7.0 and shared that he is not confident the current approach is robust enough to include in Core at this time, citing concerns around surface area, race conditions, server load, memory efficiency, and recurring bugs found through fuzz testing.” make.wordpress.org/core/2026/05/0…

This was just merged into Gutenberg trunk, and it’s a much bigger deal than it looks 👇 WordPress is getting a native UI to create custom post types. No code. No plugins. Just: Settings → Post Types → Add That might sound small… it’s not. Custom post types go from “developer feature” → “everyday user feature” Which means: • Better structured content from day one • Easier onboarding • Less plugin dependency • A cleaner foundation for AI to understand your site And this is just the start. Post types → taxonomies → …you can probably guess what comes next You can see where this is heading… WordPress is becoming a powerful content modelling system 👀
