We held a high-level meeting with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in Washington, D.C., under the leadership of its President, Ms. Kendra Gaither. The session brought together senior executives from leading American firms including Citi Bank, NASDAQ, Cigna Healthcare, Siemens Healthcare, Vantive, American Tower Corporation, Tidal Basin Advisors, BowerGroup Asia, and the Burns Brothers, among others. I highlighted Kenya’s strengths as a competitive investment destination in today’s global economy. Kenya’s democratic governance and robust constitution continue to provide the stability that anchors investor confidence. We assured our American partners that the Government of Kenya is fully committed to maintaining a transparent, predictable, and investor-friendly environment. Investors can count on strong government support to grow and expand in Kenya.
