Definitely not my cup of tea (thank god for those beautiful third kits), but what does everyone think of Roma's new away strip?

In April 2025, S&P Global Ratings confirmed the City of Ann Arbor’s credit rating of “AAA,” the highest rating a municipality can be assigned. S&P indicated a stable financial outlook, positive operating results, and a growing and resilient local economy for the continued rating.

@feldspathic This Council majority put a partisan ranked choice charter amendment on the A2 ballot in 2022 and it passed. As soon as the state permits it, RCV will be the reality in A2. FWIW, State law limits elections to Feb, May, Aug, Nov.

Going to gently push back on this one from my own perspective and say that Ann Arbor Prop C is an intentionally misleading ballot measure written by landlords in order to confuse and overwhelm voters. Ranked choice voting or September primaries would be more sensible instead.

🚨ENDORSEMENT ALERT🚨 GEO's SPAC is endorsing Prop C! Prop C would make #A2Council elections non-partisan & eliminate the primary. This means: —voters can choose candidates by policy, not party —the important vote will be in Nov, not in Aug when many GEO members aren't around

When ARPA funding first came out, A2's allocation was grievously low -- $11M. A lot, but far less than our fair share. Our first call was to the tireless @RepDebDingell, who is always there for her district! A2's final grant was $25M+. Big, big thanks to D2! Always.

Attended the Gallup Park Bridge Ribbon-Cutting. Thanks to federal dollars from the American Rescue Plan, we could re-open this bridge -- replacing the old one from 1975, improving safety and access for everyone in the community. Investing in our infrastructure matters.
