@MdSuster PA-like tumors of breast are vanishingly rare and are typically bland and well-circumscribed. Unlike salivary gland, it is unknown if either PLAG1 or HMGA2 are found in breast. This lesion was 8 cm, and by histology markedly atypical and irregular.

I would like to know your opinions regarding this scenario, TFND, one of the colloid nodules (5cm) contains few whitish solid areas, still within the nodule, how would you sign it out? How do you calculate the size? Would you regard it as invasive or encapsulated? ##PathTwitter
