Judge suggested if they were already negotiating and if Trump runs IRS, this lawsuit probably invalid. Trump made deal with his own IRS before Judge could rule. Theft

@krassenstein Only plaintiffs can dismiss cases unilaterally, so either you’re lying about these “secret internal advisements” or they are the worst lawyers ever. If a defendant, in this case the IRS, can one sidedly dismiss cases against them then there are no civil suits. You’re scum

It was a scam from the start! Trump asked for 90 day extension to negotiate right after he submitted lawsuit...before IRS lawyers even responded

That hateful act is unacceptable and an affront to the values that define us as New Yorkers. 

My administration is committed to rooting out anti-Muslim hate in all its forms and ensuring every New Yorker can live and worship in safety and dignity. The NYPD Hate Crime Task Force is investigating this incident.
