My publication sued the Biden admin years ago for illegally censoring us in direct violation of specific U.S. statutes and the First Amendment. We are still waiting for relief.

@JudyWoodruff Why didn't you state that "the reporting" was from Axios and Reuters in the first place? "The reporting is" is so ambiguous that a listener might think you were claiming to claim it as "your own" reporting. You've been at this long enough to know better than that.

I want to clarify my remarks on the PBS News special on Monday night about the ongoing cease fire talks in the Middle East. As I said, this was not based on my original reporting; I was referring to reports I had read, in Axios and Reuters, about former President Trump having spoken to the Israeli Prime Minister. In the live TV moment, I repeated the story because I hadn't seen later reporting that both sides denied it. This was a mistake and I apologize for it.

@henry_kaufman20 You'd think a Yale Law Grad would know how the Electoral College works. She did her best between the campaign to "turn" Electors and her insistence that the election was stolen from her. Was the obstruction of Kavanaugh's confirmation an "insurrection"? She was down with that.

@candicewilmore Yeah...Joe Rogan does a bit about that too. As you know, I'm a pretty committed free speech guy, but those words make me uncomfortable. I don't think they should be illegal, but I *do* think they should be shunned in polite society.

It’s hard to believe my friend John Kennedy Jr. was killed, with his wife Carolyn and sister-in-law Lauren, 25 years ago today. Time does not lessen the grief and loss.
John was a personal, cultural and political connecter. A committed Democrat, he walked across the aisle with every issue of his George magazine, listening, speaking, and trying to find common ground with the other side. Needed today more than ever.
