Remember how Senate President Akpabio was given a heavy slap straight from Port Harcourt in 2020 when he was Minister of NDDC. The MD NDDC stated she slapped him because he tried to sexually harass her. She referred to the hot slap as “Port Harcourt Slap” I wonder how Port Harcourt slap feels like, maybe Akpabio can tell us🙂.
