No woman in America should be forced to share a prison cell with a male. @CivilRights at @TheJusticeDept has launched investigations into prison systems across the country to ensure that ALL women are treated fairly!

✴️ The first visible crack in the Democratic party orthodoxy on pediatric gender. The House passed on Tuesday the “Stopping Indoctrination and Protecting Kids Act” designed to put parents, not schools, in charge of children’s gender decisions + stopping federal funding for gender ideology in classrooms. The real story is that 8 Democrats broke ranks to support the bill. Those defections caused a fury among trans activists. I consider it a small sign of common sense. And maybe it will spark some courage in other party members going forward.

At one point, I might have agreed wholeheartedly with this article. But after thinking about it some more, I have a bit different perspective. The reality is that most women in Alex Cooper's target audience (feminist, liberal, college-educated, upper middle-class Americans) WILL in fact follow the same path, get married at 30 or so after years of casual dating, and have 1 or 2 kids in their 30s. That's what the data says. In all likelihood, these women will not be rejected, punished in the market, or forever-alone (unless they choose to be). Because we live in a secular society, and they can marry secular/liberal men of the same socioeconomic status. This is absolutely the norm for that SES in 2026. It may be comforting on some level for social conservatives to imagine there is such a thing as a Karma that will deliver material consequences to them, but that is not reality. That's cope. At the same time, a lot of people (men and women) who live by socially conservative morality, do end up alone through no fault of their own... it's just that's how the world works. I say this as a social conservative, who completely disagrees with the content on Cooper's show, her decisions in her younger years, and hookup culture overall. I find it degrading to women and men alike. But, as one of my mutuals pointed out, social conservative values are not some kind of life-hack to guarantee happiness in relationships or in life. We live by certain values not because it will make us happy and successful in this world -- it might not -- but we have to live that way because that is *what God expects of us.*

Alex Cooper isn't actually a hypocrite... She announced her pregnancy this week, and the internet promptly lost its mind. The critics piled on within hours and the accusations of hypocrisy were immediate. People wondered how she could possibly live with herself; after all, she constantly praises hookup culture and casual sex on her podcast, and yet here she is, happily married with a baby on the way. To believe that Alex is a hypocrite is to misunderstand the ways of modern feminism, though. It may seem like she's talking about a lifestyle on Call Her Daddy that she doesn't actually believe in, let alone walk herself, but that's not quite what's happening here. Alex Cooper is actually living out the perfect feminist dream. The only problem is, that dream is not nearly as attainable for everyday women as they would like to believe. I first discovered @SecKennedy’s work when I was pregnant in 2012, way before MAHA became cool. I’m so thankful for the common sense approach he’s taken in leading HHS. Also—don’t give your kid a screen.

“For the first time in American history, the Office of the @Surgeon_General is issuing an official advisory, warning parents and the public about the dangers of excessive screen time and harmful digital media exposures for children.” —@SecKennedy

Also—if conservatives want to encourage women to get married and have children, you’d think they’d be thrilled with this. She has a wide audience that is would be completely turned off by the conservative traders messaging and her actions might actually persuade women who aren’t planning on marriage and family to reconsider.

This is one of the problems I have with entitlement programs. We can find endless reasons to add qualifying expenses. This is how we ended up with “Learing” and fake hospice centers. In this case, I believe we should help our seniors with medical care, but where do you draw the line on what constitutes medical care?
Senator Angus King@SenAngusKing

Prevention measures like an $11 bath mat could save Americans tens of thousands of dollars.   If Medicare would send these out to every recipient in America, I’ll bet the investment would pay for itself in under a year.

As if this week couldn't get crazier, the corrupt US Attorney, who helped orchestrate a crazy blackmail scheme in the days before my case was dismissed, was arrested on Monday and put in jail for a hit and run. The post below (two days before dismissal) is my wife calling out Lowery once we discovered this treacherous scheme (I was restricted by a de facto gag order at the time but violated it shortly after). After throwing down the gauntlet, things spiraled out of control, but my case was eventually dismissed with prejudice two days later. Details are long so will provide link in comments for anyone interested. What makes this crazy is that all this happened the same time (end of last week) that my case was fully vindicated by the $10 million TCH settlement announced by the Texas AG's Office - just so happened to be three years to the day after originally blowing the whistle.
Andrea Haim@AndreaCohenHaim

🚨This is the new acting US Attorney for the Southern District of Texas, Jennifer Lowery. She and her district are still weaponizing the DOJ in contravention of President Trump's Day 1 executive order. They are continuing the corrupt and insane prosecution of my husband @EithanHaim for blowing the whistle on Texas Children's Hospital's secret transgender program. Not only have they refused to drop the case, in the last few days, they have ACCELERATED their prosecution ahead of trial on Feb 10. They are attempting to bleed us dry, and make no mistake, they will try to take him to trial and put him in prison for 10 years if they aren't stopped. The President's order specifically calls out the Biden DOJ's weaponized persecution of those who criticized their policies (which included their unwavering support for transgender procedures on children). He ordered a review of DOJ and FBI actions to determine whether any of their actions are contrary to the "purposes and policies of this order." No reasonable person can see this case as anything other than a blatant, malicious, and illegal weaponized prosecution. And you don't have to take my word for it - the chairman of the weaponization committee @Jim_Jordan, @chiproytx, @tedcruz, @HawleyMO, @DanCrenshawTX and many of others have called it what it is. Eithan's case goes to trial in just 3 weeks unless the Southern District of Texas or someone above them does the right thing. Although I am confident he would be vindicated at trial, the fact that it even got this far is a testament to how unfair the process has been (see also my posting on the unconstitutional de facto gag order). Eithan will risk federal prison for 10 years, losing years of his life with his new daughter, and having his medical license taken away. Every day this prosecution continues drives us even deeper into bankruptcy. President Trump may be in office, but for now, the weaponization of the federal government is still very much alive.
