The state of Bristol and south Gloucestershire traffic at the moment is a complete joke! What should be a 25 minute commute is taking over 1.5 hours. This highlights the awful pubic transport services and road works around Bristol. @BristolCouncil what are you doing about this?

@BarclaysUKHelp awful that I have been unable to speak to anyone about my expired credit card and that I have not received a new one! Poor customer service, on hold for longer than hour and the app help chat is also useless!

Very poor customer service from @thetrainline today! We have Pre booked, advance single tickets from Bristol to London for the start of May and found that they have now been reduced by 50% in the sale. Trainline are refusing to refund us the difference!! Why?!! @MartinSLewis

@thetrainline As per my previous tweet,I have a advanced single.I am not asking to change my ticket or cancel my journey. I am asking that seeing now they have been reduced to 50% in the sale that the difference be refunded to me.I don’t see why we should be punished for pre booking a journey

@Meg_powell22 you have flexible tickets (Anytime, Super Off-Peak, Off-Peak), you can refund them via My Account minus an applicable fee. We would only recommend this if the new tickets value is low enough to warrant such a change. -Jamie
