@BTOpenreach1 removal of a telephone pole, hit a water pipe leaving us with no hot water, heating or WiFi as well as a flooded garden! 4 cables left hanging in our garden and wasn’t informed of absolutely anything before or after ! Absolutely disgusting!

@BTOpenreach1 Removed a telegraph pole and hit a water pipe, causing it to flood our garden & leave us without water and heating as well as no internet. Left 3 cables hanging down from the pole in to our garden. Haven’t informed us of anything Ie no water, no internet Disgusting

@WildRefill Absolutely disgusting customer service! Ordered and payment taken. Claiming to have not received it even though my bank have confirmed they have and provided ARN for them to track the payment. Ignoring my messages a week on, told me they’re unable to sort it!

Absolutely shocking customer service from @Victorianplumb! Never known anything like it. Send a damaged item, refuse to refund the full amount unless we pay to send it back and then still refuse to refund us due to damage by the courier! Avoid using them at all costs! @TStokesy11

Thank you to @tilburyfc and all the best for the Season 👍 but I’ve decided to leave. With these being my final seasons in football and still having the desire to play. I need to be enjoying it and playing otherwise its not worth my time away from my young family.

Avoid using @BritishGas home cover! God knows how many weeks without a washing machine now, 2 days I’ve had off work now for them to cancel yet again 48 minutes before due to arrive! Not forgetting them leaving the hose off after saying it’s ok to use and flooding my kitchen!

@BritishGasHelp Not just once though is it! Twice you’ve cancelled my appointment with not even 24 hours notice. Had updates all morning that your engineer was on his way for you to cancel AGAIN 48 minutes before you were due to arrive!

Still awaiting a refund from @easyJet from the start of May! Several emails sent with no reply, was told it would take 28 days but allow 90. Think we’re past that!! Terrible customer service!
