You can’t actually talk to anyone ever. The chat bot continuously just closes out and sends you an email that says someone will contact you within 24 hours, but they never actually do.

If you have ever contemplated buying an @ouraring, don’t. After paying $385, 2 weeks ago.. I have received zero notification that my order has been processed and my ring has not arrived. When you need something, the only thing that you have is a chat bot that says “bye email us.”
