@Hermesparcels why are you so rubbish? I scheduled a delivery for today, got a text to say it would come 12-2, at 3.15 I get an email saying it’s not coming, but ‘don’t worry’ you will ‘email’ on 17th Jan! Great. Now my cat has no food. Why is your service so poor?

@TeamKnowhowUK hello I bought a logik fridge freezer in 2018 and now both LED bulbs have gone and the instructions say it’s going to take an electrician and LEDs for £50 to replace. Seems like a lot if it’s going to happen every 2 years! Is this normal?? Can PM order no.

@Victorianplumb your customer service is an absolute joke. I waited for 23 days for you to respond to my complaint about my leaking shower, to be told to put some silicone on it. It is obviously faulty. Sort it out. Refund me ASAP.
