@Hermesparcels why are you so rubbish? I scheduled a delivery for today, got a text to say it would come 12-2, at 3.15 I get an email saying it’s not coming, but ‘don’t worry’ you will ‘email’ on 17th Jan! Great. Now my cat has no food. Why is your service so poor?

@Meganlost4444 Hi Megan. light bulbs are a consumable item and wouldn't be covered under any warranty. you should be able to get replacements from partmaster.co.uk , Hope this helps. - Shane

@TeamKnowhowUK hello I bought a logik fridge freezer in 2018 and now both LED bulbs have gone and the instructions say it’s going to take an electrician and LEDs for £50 to replace. Seems like a lot if it’s going to happen every 2 years! Is this normal?? Can PM order no.
