Eric Swalwell is now facing an expulsion vote in the House because of the sexual misconduct accusations against him. There have been 268 settlements for workplace disputes, including for sexual misconduct, totaling $17 million in taxpayer money. In March 2026, the House voted to cover up the names of members paying to settle sexual misconduct claims. Why are the names of those members being covered up?

Why would you continue to defame and slander a company like Canyon State who ran a professional background check using SSN and DOB on each and every one of their circulators? Canyon State has a great reputation and has never failed to qualify a candidate. You are just upset that you googled names that weren’t the correct people thus tried to slander circulators by saying they had felonies when they did in fact not.

Teri: how many background checks did you run in your own 13 PAID circulators? Did you check their addresses? 3 out of state circulators said you encouraged them to use an AZ address instead of registering. That is illegal and misleading. Notice a quick SOS search shows they registered as out of state circulators for other candidates.

So you’re saying they missed an appointment at the social security office (part of the requirement for continued coverage), then was removed from social security and had to reapply? I don’t see the issue here. There has to be a process by which people are reviewed for their coverage. It sucks that some people miss their appointment and then are inconvenienced or have a lapse in coverage because of that, but that is life. Nursing homes have people that help to make sure the residents stay up to date and follow the processes to maintain coverage if they don’t have family that does that for them.
