Bill Maher: “Is there anything you’re going to say California was too far left on? Because I feel like if you don’t, I think a lot of the country is not going to listen.”
California Gov. Gavin Newsom: “I think there’s a lot of things, you know, I’ve said this in the past, things I could have done better. I look back at Covid. We just put out a detail—over 1,000 pages of what we did right or wrong during Covid as it relates to the issues of outdoor and beaches being shut down, schools being shut down… We had one of the fastest vaccine rollouts in the country.”
“On the issue of housing and homelessness, what we could have done more aggressively sooner.”
“On social issues, where I think you tend to be leaning towards… I’ve made my point of view known as it relates to issues of sports and tr*ns sports. Which, I just think it’s not being tr*nsphobic to be common sense.”
“I get how people are sensitive to that because that’s been weaponized and people have been talked down too, and the communities been abused by those who want to take advantage of this politically.”

🚨BREAKING: Gavin Newsom BLOCKS Trump’s “NO TAX ON TIPS” for CA Service Workers.
The OBBA Act gave all Americans a $25k deduction on their tips in service (ie. restaurants), which is a benefit that will not apply to a few states. CA has a static conformity policy making it so legislation must be passed for it to conform to the new Internal Revenue Code (IRC).
CA’s deadline to do this for OBBA was January 1st of this year, however, it did not do so. This leaves service workers burdened with continued state taxation of tips. A bill in the forty-member State Senate sought to change this August 29th, 2024, however, 29 lawmakers voted in the negative.
All this while the Governor campaigns for POTUS 2028 on “affordability.” Don’t believe him because he decoupled from federal tax cuts over ideological disagreements with the President. The benefits of OBBA are retroactive to January 2025, but depend on CA’s willingness to conform.
On another note: LAO predicts a $2.9 billion budget shortfall for CA this year.

@spencerpratt Here's the weasel, caught lying on camera to one of his constituents who desperately needed his help after the wildfires.
Please share it so so everyone can see what a snake oil salesman he is.
He needs to be kept as far away from the white house as possible!

12 people burned alive, 7,000 homes burnt to the ground, and over $50 billion in losses in the last 10 months alone. Billions added to the state deficit, increased homelessness, imaginary train to nowhere, and most expensive gas prices in the nation. But yah, no one has had a better two years than Newsom.

Oh, Gavin Newsom, you sanctimonious, self-aggrandizing sack of hypocritical horseshit, allow me to dissect your audacious claim of abandonment with the precision of a chainsaw-wielding surgeon and the venom of a thousand pissed-off cobras.
You dare to whine about being abandoned by the feds when you've been the goddamn ringmaster of a circus of neglect, corruption, and outright betrayal of your own constituents?
First off, you colossal cunt, where the fuck were you when your people needed you most?
Not just during the Palisades and Eaton Fires, but every goddamn day since you slithered into office.
You've been too busy polishing your presidential ambitions, sipping wine with Hollywood elites, and funneling taxpayer money into your wife's little charity grift to give a flying fuck about the actual humans suffering under your misrule.
You created an NGO, for Christ's sake, just to steal relief funds from fire victims and named your wife as the leader.
That's not governance, you parasitic piece of shit; that's organized crime with a better wardrobe.
And let's talk about those fires, shall we?
You had the audacity to blame climate change the very next day, while your state spends billions on virtue-signaling green initiatives but can't keep a fucking fire truck operational or a hydrant pressurized.
Your lack of preparedness is criminal negligence, you incompetent fuckwit.
The Pacific Palisades fire was proven to be a rekindle from days before, and you didn't follow protocol. You left it to burn, you spineless sack of shit, because you're too busy playing politics to actually govern.
You talk about accountability, but where's yours, you spineless, two-faced trollop?
You've spent months crying for federal aid while blocking rebuilding permits, ensuring your people remain displaced and destitute.
You've underfunded the fire department, cut civilian positions, and left your city vulnerable to disasters you knew were coming.
And now you have the gall to point fingers at others?
You're a textbook example of projection, you mendacious motherfucker.
Your so-called leadership is a goddamn joke, a Potemkin village of empty promises and hollow gestures.
You've abandoned your people not just once, but repeatedly, with your policies that prioritize illegals and your corrupt buddies in the homeless industrial complex over actual citizens.
You've laundered millions of charity dollars to NGOs, including one run by your wife, while victims of your mismanagement are left to rot.
You're not a leader; you're a leech, a parasite feeding off the suffering of those you're sworn to protect.
So, Gavin, you whiny, entitled, self-serving sack of shit, spare us your crocodile tears about abandonment.
You've abandoned your people long before the feds ever had a chance to. You're a disgrace, a blight on the office you hold, and a traitor to the very people who trusted you.
Resign, you contemptible coward, because you have zero rights to bitch about anything except your own monumental failure.

@charliekirk11 Idk, the system seemed to work the way it was. The activist judges rulings were overruled. I’d like to think a conservative judge could stop a dem president from doing something crazy. Just sayin’
