Lovely coincidence to be back in Sussex to see the London to Brighton veteran car run today, and loved seeing lots of women drivers (sorry to the car of 4 awesome women that I shouted "oooh look, all ladies!" at in excitement though!)

@HannahAlOthman I have *strong* "drying clothes in winter" opinions after extensive research. Conclusion was no heated airer properly dries the whole garment, we went for a dehumidifier instead and it is a gamechanger - dries our clothes overnight. I insist on telling everyone I know

@mhclg @AngelaRayner Today we found out that our building owner, who has failed to remediate 8 buildings at our site alone, has applied for planning permission to add a storey to the only building that has been remediated so far. What will you do *exactly* to prioritise our safety?

The only light in the darkness has been the activism of @EOCS_Official, @McrCladiators and Grenfell survivors who continue to navigate legal and bureaucratic soup to speak truth to power and remind them of the human cost of negligence developers continue to get away with

A reflection on the cladding "remediation" approach: it's a bureaucratic mess. Yes, developers should pay for their negligence. But the developer pledge is an empty promise pushing back remedial work by decades (our estimated remedial time was 25 YEARS)

Off to celebrate the unthinkable: me and my ex are finally rid of our #cladding ridden flat. 7 years after Grenfell, 6 years after potentially fatal failures in building safety were found, 2.5 years after breaking up, and ZERO amounts of progress in remedying the issue
