It's okay to dream, think big and actually do all you can to achieve a goal, but what people nowadays fail to do is look at how far they've come even when they fall short and appreciate themselves, celebrate themselves and say "I did good" "I gave it my all and actually did great" . Celebrate yourself, you don't need to be Elon before you see yourself as successful. Going from point 1 to 1.5,2,2.1 is more than enough reason to give yourself a pat on the back and be happy.

Everyone's going through something, so please, go outside, take long walks, play video games, go to the gym, stop eating junk food and overall, take care of your health. 27-Year-Old Nigerian Mum Ends It All In The Uk After Battling Mental Health Struggles
A UK inquest has concluded that Beatrice Solomon, a 27-year-old Nigerian mother of one, ended her life following a prolonged struggle with her mental health.
Beatrice was found unresponsive at her home on Norris Road in Stoke-on-Trent on March 4, 2026. Her husband, Damian Michael Butler, who had left for his delivery job earlier that day, returned home a short time later and discovered her. Paramedics arrived at the scene but pronounced her de@d.
Police investigations found no evidence of third-party involvement.
During the inquest, Damian told the court that Beatrice had been battling mental health challenges for about a year, which he said stemmed from ongoing issues involving Stoke-on-Trent City Council. He also revealed that he later learned she had previously attempted to take her own life on two occasions.
A post-mortem examination determined that Beatrice d+ed from oxygen deprivation. Delivering her conclusion, Coroner Li Hammond-Naylor ruled that she d+ed by s¥icide, stating that the evidence showed she had researched and planned how to end her life.
Originally from Nigeria, Beatrice moved to Stoke-on-Trent in November 2023 and worked as a carer. She is survived by her son and siblings.
