I Spend almost 300 million Naira Monthly, Excluding the amount I spend on My Wife, Kids, Jewelry and Cars — singer Davido Afrobeats superstar Davido has revealed that he spends more than $200,000 every month on himself, excluding expenses for his wife, children, jewelry, cars and other household costs. Speaking during a livestream with Davrel, the singer explained that his monthly spending depends on where he is. According to him, he spends less when he is in the United States because he lives a quieter lifestyle with his wife and children. However, he said his expenses rise significantly whenever he is elsewhere due to his busy lifestyle and daily activities. “It depends on my location. I spend less in Yankee because I live with just me, my wife, my kids, but when I’m around, it’s a lot more. Normally, 500, 200, 300K, minus buying jewelry, buying car.. Minus my wife and my household,” he said.

@Mememoid @instablog9ja He wasn't saying that we shouldn't learn English. English is our lingua franca in Nigeria due to multi-ethnicity. What he was trying to say was that we should never abandon our mother tongue for any foreign language. We should always prioritize our mother tongue over any other la

The Anambra Man Who Coordinated The Rescue Of Oyo Pupils And Teachers By Ken Chukwudi Ralph Major General Chinedu Ralph Nnebeife is the General Officer Commanding, GOC, 2 Division of the Nigerian Army Ibadan, Oyo State. The Division oversees about 9 Brigades under its jurisdictions and the fine, gentleman and thorough bred officer was the one that coordinated the successful rescue of the 44 Oyo school pupils and their teachers. Major General CR Nnebeife is from Awka, Anambra State, precisely Umuogbu village. The Major General has always proven himself in assigned roles and responsibilities in his military career with the Nigerian Army, which has seen his steady rise in rank. Currently a two-star General taking the responsibility of a Division with 9 Brigades under his command and the successful rescue of the Oyo School pupils and teachers once again proves his mettle being the Coordinator of the rescue operation. The Major General during the course of his career also rescued kidnapped victims in Kwara State, in an operation he led as an Officer of the Nigerian Army. We pray for God's continued guidance, protection and wisdom, as he keeps discharging his constitutional responsibilities as a General in the Nigerian military, including getting higher promotion and responsibilities. @durudavid108 @MobilePunch I think that's the standard procedure since they were rescued through military intervention. They must remain under military care until they're adequately stabilized before they'd be officially handed over to the state government except there's a critical case.

“Men Lie Like We’re St¥pid; You Always Know When They’re Lying” — Media Personality Toke Makinwa Media personality Toke Makinwa has stirred reactions online after sharing her opinion on why she believes many men are poor at telling lies. Speaking on the latest episode of MENtality with Ebuka, hosted by Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, Makinwa argued that men often lie without thinking through their stories, making it easier for their partners to spot inconsistencies. According to her, men tend to assume that once they tell a lie, it automatically becomes the truth if they are not immediately caught. “This is what I’ve always said from time immemorial. I say this to my guy friends a lot. Men are not that great at liars. They think, ‘If I tell you this, it can become your truth if you never find out the other side,’” she said. Makinwa added that the biggest flaw in men’s lies is that they often fail to keep track of what they have said. “The problem with a man is that men don’t even think about it. They lie like we’re st¥pid. They don’t even think about it. You always know when they’re lying,” she stated. She further claimed that if asked the same question weeks later, many men would unintentionally contradict themselves. “If you ask the same man in the next three weeks, he will say something different. But a woman, before she tells you that lie, it’s actually low-key disrespectful because she has thought about it,” Makinwa added.

@ahmadatmos @Imranmuhdz Logically, your argument is that N150billion back then is more valuable than N5.28trillion now. Or The purchasing power of N150b back then is more than that of N5.28trillion of today.

What President Tinubu did in this country to ensure this country moves forward, if you don't give him kudos, you shouldn't condemn him. Look at the allocation of states, some states receive as much as N55 billion in one month. During my 8 years as governor, the total I received was about N150 billion. - Ali Modu Shariff

@ahmadatmos @Imranmuhdz I hope you know that the equivalent of N150 billion in his eight years back then is about N5.28trillion now for some state governors 1 month = N55b 1 year = N55b × 12 = N660b 8 years = N660b × 8 = N5.28trillion YOU CAN NOW MAKE YOUR COMPARISON AND PASS A BETTER JUDGEMENT
