@deepershadeofme @cleanupbritain @NationalHways The constant chopping and changing of Government is one big reason probably, we literally haven't had a stable PM for years and years, so policy and direction is all over the place. Also EU funding for quite a bit of it I'd gauge.

There are abandoned tyres, cones, A frames etc. Makes you wonder how other European countries can keep their highways clean

The government quango, ⁦@NationalHways⁩ is given over £5 BILLION of taxpayers money every year. They have no excuses for leaving the motorway network looking so rundown.

188 bus driver is a danger to women!!!! careful if your taking this bus ... he screamed at me, tried to get out of the cab to“kick me off” for wanting paying. I felt scared—he was shaking with anger & seemed impaired. Targeted women & he refused another lady frm getting on @TfL
