Which begs the question if you’re a Dem senator or one of their left-wing supporters: What was this really all about?

Either way he's choosing unions over students. First, private scholarships, not state dollars, will flow to students. It will cost Kentucky nothing while giving every child in Kentucky the education that best fits their needs. Second, public school kids will benefit too. The law allows funds to flow to special-needs students attending public school who may need additional money for after-school tutoring services.

You've changed nothing, canceled nothing, and waited eleven months.
