Honest admission: we still ship from a China warehouse for our brand. Delivery takes 7-9 days. Do our customers complain about shipping? Not a lot. Here's why: we don't hide the delivery time. We don't oversell it. What kills brands isn't long shipping, it's customers who have no idea where their order is. We built a full shipment update flow in Wonderment.
