@MeruCabs Wrong billing done by driver. I had booked a cab to Bangalore Airport. I had to leave cab in middle as it was broken. Kms in bill shows 40.8, where as I had not even covered 10 kms. Bill. Amount is Rs. 644/-. Please take an action.

@MeruCabs Today I hv an issue that can put my life at risk. Despite adding Credit card & making it default, it goes into cash mode everytime I start a new ride from airport. When called customer care, he asked me to draw money from ATM and pay. You expect me to visit ATM at 12am.

@MeruCabs @RGIAHyd the meru counter at hyd airport charged me Rs 800 last night for a trip of 9 kms to shamshabad claiming it was minimum fare. I got no receipt on booking or payment, was told it will come on my phone - nothing came. Is this correct fare & way to operate ??

Since some1 has made an issue of wrong spelling of a name to showcase religious apartheid, I wonder what I should do when even close ones get my name wrong. An ex-boss still calls me senesh, a good pal calls me sanesh, some say snehaish. Philip mostly is Phillip or Philips.

@MeruCabs Can't believe such deterioration of cab services of Meru. It was such an harassment to find Meru cab at T3 terminal of Delhi today that I will have to rethink next time before hiring. Maybe, Meru doesn't need customer anymore.
