@RGIAHyd The exact time would be 4:30AM. When i trying to recharge FASTag you employee just simply watching after recharge is done then he is saying we won’t accept. And he is advising me use in ORR it will get complete. So unwanted i need to drive car on ORR.worst management.

₹2250 parking bill at Hyderabad Airport (₹750/day). I recharged FASTag to pay, then staff said FASTag above ₹1500 not accepted. Now ₹2500 stuck due to my annual pass. No clear notice on new charges & rude handling. How is this fair to travelers? @RGIAHyd #HyderabadAirport

Very unpleasant experience today at Hyderabad Airport. Taxi TS08UK3018 agreed to ₹100 for a 4–5 min ride from the airport bus drop point to the terminal, but after reaching demanded ₹200 and shouted/intimidated me. Please look into this. @RGIAHyd @hydcitypolice @cmoTelangana

Hello @RGIAHyd I sent you my personal details but did not get any reply. I tried to connect Vendiman again but there is no point of contact. They are always sending automated replies. Can you please take action on this vendor and ask to stop business at the airport if they cannot provide service.

I purchased two products from Vendiman vending machine at @AAI_Official Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Hyderabad @RGIAHyd on 13th February. One product worth ₹100 got stuck in the machine and was not dispensed. Despite the payment being deducted, I did not receive the item. On the same day, I raised a complaint through Vendiman support. However, their chatbot keeps showing “refund is requested” and provides no further update. It has now been more than 15 days, and I have not received any refund. There is no option to connect with a human support representative. Emails receive only automated responses with no real resolution. This kind of service is extremely disappointing, especially at an international airport where customers expect reliability and accountability. If AI and chatbots are being used for customer support, they should solve problems — not hide them behind automated replies. Technology should improve service, not protect poor customer experience.

@RGIAHyd What is ur rule for picking up passengers on 1st lane for arrivals? My car cld not enter today at 5.45pm even though I had a aged wheelchair patient. She had to be crossed to the extreme outside lane due to pushpak buses etc. Why don't u allow picking cars in such cases

Passengers may request their drivers waiting at H Parking to pick them up directly in front of the C Zone entrance. Kindly note that drivers are not permitted to park in this area prior to the passenger’s arrival. However, during adverse weather conditions, drivers may wait closer to the C Zone entrance for a brief period (up to 5 minutes) strictly to facilitate a safe and comfortable pickup. This can easily push them beyond the time limit of 10 minutes and result in a ₹500 penalty, which feels unfair in such situations. Today it happened with my father @ukm1947hyd who’s close to 80 years old and it could happen to anyone.
