Pushpak buses from Hyderabad Airport are a great service. But ₹350 per person to the city discourages people from using public transport over cabs. At these prices, it feels like Telangana Government is indirectly promoting Ola/Uber instead. @TGSRTCHQ @RGIAHyd @revanth_anumula

Worst service experience with @Olacabs at @RGIAHyd Ola parking bay. My PIN was 7660. I booked an Ola cab at around 11:00 PM, but had to wait for more than 50 minutes to get a cab. This is not the first time — it’s becoming a regular issue at the airport, and I am a frequent traveler. The driver mentioned below was extremely rude and refused to take passengers. He also said we were “not supposed to take vehicle numbers” and behaved aggressively when I tried to report the issue to the Ola staff. Even after informing the Ola representatives present there, no one took responsibility or handled the situation properly. The driver came towards me aggressively, saying: “I am not your worker,” and “You don’t have the right to capture my vehicle photo.” This behavior is completely unacceptable. Additionally, Ola staff are not maintaining any proper serial-wise queue system at the bay. Drivers are freely choosing passengers based on destination, fare amount, or extra money offered. Many drivers are refusing rides unless it benefits them personally. There seems to be no proper monitoring from Ola’s side. I traveled from Raipur to Hyderabad, and shockingly, the waiting time for an Ola cab at the airport was almost equal to my flight travel time — just to travel 30 km within the city. I strongly request Ola to take strict action against this driver, including a formal apology and suspension/cancellation of his Ola license if necessary. I would also like to bring this to the notice of @RGIAHyd and @CISFHQrs: Many drivers at the Ola bay are misbehaving with passengers, including female travelers. They were rude also, I personally observed women waiting for long periods while drivers repeatedly pressured them to take rides in their cabs. This creates a highly unsafe and uncomfortable environment. Passengers should never be forced repeatedly after declining a ride. Proper monitoring, discipline, and strict action against such drivers are urgently needed to ensure passenger safety and basic service standards. @HMOIndia @AmitShah @Olacabs @ola_supports @bhash @TelanganaDGP @CVAnandIPS @CPCyberabad
