Last night, I've ordered Tawa Idly at Ram Ki Bandi outlet in Hyderabad Airport and I can confidently say that it's one of the tasteless items that I've ever tasted 🙆‍♂️ Remember eating the same item a decade back and they are not even close. Chutney is so bland Worst experience!

As part of the measures undertaken, continuous public awareness announcements are being made across the Uber, Rapido, and Ola pickup zones to educate passengers on using only authorized taxi services. Additionally, airport security and police teams conduct regular joint enforcement drives, during which unauthorized operators are identified, apprehended, and handed over to the RGIA Outpost Police Station for appropriate legal action. These initiatives are being carried out on an ongoing basis to ensure the safety and security of all passengers.

Serious passenger-safety issue at @RGIAHyd. Men operating inside/next to the Rapido/Uber pickup lanes approach booked passengers, claim to be from Rapido, ask them not to share the OTP, and take them in untracked shared cabs with strangers. @psrgia_cyb @cyberabadpolice

Dear Sir/Ma'am, we would like to inform you that passengers using international SIM cards can access the airport Wi-Fi through the Wi-Fi kiosks available within the terminal. Simply scan your passport at the kiosk to generate a Wi-Fi coupon. Once the coupon is generated, enable Wi-Fi on your device, connect to the airport Wi-Fi network, and enter the coupon code on the login page to access the internet. For any assistance, you may reach out to our help desk or airport staff.

A genuine Rapido driver warned me these men were not from Rapido. Drivers also alleged this is tolerated due to commissions-I cannot verify that claim, but it warrants investigation. Please preserve CCTV, remove these touts and publicly clarify the official pickup process.
