This moment shows the urgency. The movement must now formalize its structure a Party Leader to provide direction, a Secretary General to manage operations, and a committee to guide decisions and ensure inclusivity. Without structure, it remains a moment. With it, it becomes a lasting political force. The time to organize is now.
