UE propune înființarea unei firme în întregime digital, în maxim 48 de ore și, atenție, fără capital social. Adică fix invers decât face România. Asta este o veste foarte bună pentru români, pentru că ne mai salvează puțin de birocrații din statul român. Ne dă dreptul de a alege între modelele de firme propuse de statul român și cele propuse de UE. Acum câteva luni, când guvernul creștea birocrația și în mod special capitalul social minim pe care obligă firmele să-l aibă, am explicat de ce este o prostie. Mai ales după ce crești taxele, să crești și birocrația. Îngreunezi mediul privat degeaba, doar ca să fie guvernul fericit că firmele românești sunt „capitalizate”. O neînțelegere totală a economiei și a contabilității. Dar nu mai intrăm în asta. Propaganda pro-birocrație o prezenta ca pe o măsură „europeană”. Ieșim din „vestul sălbatic”. Care vest sălbatic? Că avem printre cele mai birocratice și impredictibile sisteme din UE. Dar ce să vezi că UE propune acum un model de întreprindere care va fi în concurență cu SRL-urile naționale, care nu doar că se înființează 100% online, dar va avea și capital social minim ZERO. La revedere Registrul Comerțului care ține zeci de mii de firme blocate în sisteme informatice care au costat zeci de milioane de euro și care nu funcționează. Să sperăm că o vor și implementa bine. Încă mai avem nevoie de detalii, dar direcția pare una foarte binevenită.
