No Subnet has failed at an exchange listing, and providing alternative methods for users to acquire Subnet Alpha tokens within the native Bittensor ecosystem is valuable for future demand and doesn't dilute liquidity or negatively impact the pools or the perception of the Company. It is true that there isn't a huge amount of volume at the moment for exchanges, but having these rails in place now saves having to do so in the future. And whilst you are entitled to your opinion as to the value of MEXC as an exchange... don't forget that they were the first mainstream centralized exchange to support Bittensor and list TAO back in the day, and are now the only current exchange supporting and listing Alpha tokens, helping to push the Bittensor network forward. None of this affects what we're building as a product, and given the way that Bittensor subnet tokens are emitted and not pre-mined or pre-sold, this doesn't provide any of the rails you often associate with listing on mainstream exchanges, such as liquidity for founders to dump their tokens.
