Response to Repeated Defamation of Character Comments About January 6th My husband and I were present outside the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021, but we were NEVER inside the building. We entered the tunnel area three times and remained outside the tunnel the rest of the time. 1. We never entered the Capitol building. 2. We were unarmed. We never carried weapons, never struck any officers, and never broke or damaged any property. 3. We were never charged with terrorism. 4. We were never charged with insurrection. 5. We were part of the crowd that was pushing forward at times. 6. When an officer was pinned against the crowd, we stopped pushing with the crowd and instead pushed back against it to help free him. 7. My husband personally assisted Officer Michael Fanone in getting to safety. 8. We left the area before the back window was broken and before protesters entered through that window. 9. We ultimately pled guilty. The J6 cases were not handled justly in our view. I was terrified of potentially receiving a 10-year sentence, even though my husband wanted to fight the charges. Prosecutors told us that if one of us fought the case, the other effectively had to as well, despite being tried separately. I was scared and chose to plead rather than risk it. I’m not a bad person for that. Sue me. 10. As for the death threats? That says more about you than us. You sit there and say what a terrible person we are yet continue to wish death upon us. Keep commenting, you’re just helping our case. Remember we were pardoned and what that means. Believe what you want, I genuinely don’t care. I’m just exhausted from answering the same questions and accusations over and over. @ArthurReyher

I am a J6er. There needs to be a wall built in DC with ALL the J6ers names. It should look something like this. God Bless the J6ers.

REMINDER: The Wray FBI treated George Floyd like a hero and Ashli Babbitt like a criminal.
FBI@FBI

@TheJusticeDept Wray: Our entire country is looking for a way forward. That’s because this isn’t just about George Floyd. This is about all of those, over the years, who have been unjustifiably killed or had their rights violated by people entrusted with their protection.

Tim Hale - Criminally Funny J6er
I know it's Memorial Day and not Veterans Day, but I want to remind everyone of Marine Corps veteran Michael J. Lopatic. Lopatic was at the Lower West Terrace Tunnel where Rosanne Boyland died on January 6. He sadly passed from a heart attack in 2022 before his case was adjuticated or he could receive a presidential pardon. His family said he died of a broken heart. Lopatic was a veteran, hunter, craftsman, musician, pro-life activist, and a giant of a man who dedicated his life to others. We often think of those who died on January 6, or those who took their lives in the legal aftermath, but we tend forget those who passed away during a state of limbo between Trump's first and second term. RIP Mike. Semper fi!

Andrew Hernandez, 🇺🇸 J6 Political Prisoner
Congress must pass a law protecting January 6th political prisoners as a targeted class of American citizens whose civil rights have been systematically violated. We've endured persecution, prosecution, prison time, financial ruin, ruined reputations, destroyed careers, families torn apart, endless media lies, a fraudulent narrative in history books, and even a Capitol plaque falsely labeling us insurrectionists when not a single person was charged with insurrection. This selective political persecution must end. America demands equal justice.

This article was written last week. Thank you @thetimes for helping me prove the damages done by the DOJ overcharging me and creating a false narrative that has persisted for 5 years.

Full disclosure. I beg any of you people who keep calling me violent, and an insurrectionist to find one picture of me violent. I’ll even give you some money from the fund. 😊 I wasn’t violent. I entered the Capitol to escape the chaos outside. I spoke calmly with multiple officers inside and left peacefully on my own. They charged me with 4 misdemeanors and threatened me with RICO. I pled to “parading” and signed a deal for probation and a fine. Two weeks later, while my son was in the ICU (and they knew this by the way) they changed it to: 2 weeks in federal prison, 3 years probation, a fine, 50 hours community service, a court-ordered psychiatric evaluation, and mandatory drug testing. All for parading. All to crush me. Law enforcement officers and lawyers have told me I was severely overcharged. People who were screaming, disrupting Senate hearings, and breaking into chambers got summary offenses far less than what I received. We deserve case-by-case justice, not being lumped together. What happened to many of us was wrong.

Matthew was not charged with breaking anything, harming anyone, or stealing anything. Yet he faced a terrorism enhancement and a 20 year sentence. So at 37, he hanged himself, only to have the SCOTUS determine 2 years later that the charge was misused. It came too damned late, and our family WILL NEVER FORGET!
🇺🇸RealRobert🇺🇸@Real_RobN

Here is: Matthew Perna (seen in a red sweatshirt) on January 6, walking calmly inside the Capitol building for only 14 minutes to protest the overthrow of his government on November 3—after being invited in by Capitol Police, no less. Matthew pleaded guilty to the initial charges, believing he would face 6–12 months in prison. Only after pleading guilty did the domestic terrorists within the Department of Justice inform Matthew that they would seek a TERRORISM enhancement to his sentence, increasing his potential sentence to 9 years in federal prison. Just four days after receiving this news, Matthew went into his garage, put a fucking rope around his neck, and hung himself. In other words, they deliberately went after Americans and brought down the full weight of the U.S. government, including a death sentence, to prove a point—that November 3 was the ‘most secure election in U.S. history’. What’s worse? Not a single court stepped in while American citizens were being handed death sentences in D.C.’s gulag without due process for years—including the Supreme Court—yet they were there every step of the way to protect criminal gang members from third-world countries while deliberately ignoring the Alien Enemies Act. While the backstabber John Thune Sabotaging the $1.776 anti weaponization fund. Now, where the fuck is the United States Attorney General? And damn you, the state media—every single one of you. @POTUS @VP @FBIDirectorKash @GeriPerna
