Ask your client questions ooo. They aren't always as honest as you would like to believe. This scooping is too clean. If the dispatch rider had enough time to scoop this neatly, he had enough time to rearrange the food. Your customer will most likely ask for a full refund. Whatever you choose to do, retrieve the food from her. If she says she has trashed it or what not, don't issue her a refund. At best you can send her a small compensation package. She should interrogate the people in that house. The dispatch is a suspect but the execution makes me believe he might be innocent.

Women can just decide to ruin your life for little to no reason If the food was tampered with, she would have took a picture of it seeing that seal was already broken before even opening it, how would he have scooped from the food with that perfection and if he even did, him riding his bike, the rice would have leveled back in shape and not look like that I fear who doesn’t fear women.

With food stealing experience we all have. Nobody is dumb enough to take out a portion of rice like that and not scatter it back to level it out. It’s something we all can agree to. C’mon we trained for years to make such amateur mistake

Posting this for those asking if I didn’t seal the food. I usually wrap my orders well with cling film and fragile tape. My customers on this can testify to how tight i seal my food bowls.

Place the food in business branded tamper proof bags always. The bag has to be torn to retrieve the content which the rider wouldn’t want to attempt. When handing it off to a rider, ensure that you take a photo of the packaged food in their possession or the bag itself. They too can take a picture for you upon delivery. If a customer receives a damaged bag, they can at least know who did. I recommend the plastic bag as it also prevent spills. Everything stays in the bag.
