@lydiahallie @AnthropicAI it feels very much like a 'you can use a % of the available compute we have available at any one time' - this is fair, as long as it's transparent. Ps. buy some bloody compute, i have work to do! 😅

@lydiahallie It's been pretty poor. I think the confusion with the PR regarding the usage limit changes have really not helped @AnthropicAI's case that this isn't a rugpull. Personally I'm understanding of rate limit changes.

We're aware people are hitting usage limits in Claude Code way faster than expected. Actively investigating, will share more when we have an update!

Computer use is now in Claude Code. Claude can open your apps, click through your UI, and test what it built, right from the CLI. Now in research preview on Pro and Max plans.

I was having lunch in my office when I checked the Help Desk queue. Ticket #884: "The Wi-Fi is spotty in the breakroom." I marked it as Resolved. I didn't fix the Wi-Fi. I throttled it. The breakroom is for eating. Not for streaming Netflix. If you are buffering, you should be chewing. I went to the server room and capped the breakroom VLAN at 1Mbps. Employees are actually talking to each other. They are making eye contact. Community building through network latency. You're welcome.
