@MichaelPzone Careful, careful. Third lift used a lot of back. Watch, your hips rose up first. Good work! 💪💪💪
English

@PatriotJack76 Maybe for you.
For me, being able to still pull pain-free 10 years from now matters more.
English

@JohnGkatzos Exactly.
That's why habbits matter more than hype.
Emotion fades. System survive.
English

@MichaelPzone Systems are always sustainable. That is why consistency beats emotion every single time.
English

@askcoachboye That's the goal now.
Strong enough to train. Capable enough to live well.

@MichaelPzone Stronger legs keep your capable for life— Michael🔥

In retrospect, since I began this journey 7 years ago, the little voice in my head that simply said "more" has been the biggest driver I've had for my success.
Also, much respect for barefoot lifting. About 5 years ago, just cuz I was to lazy to put on footwear, I went into my garage and trained barefoot. That was a turning point for me in many regards, all my lifts, especially my squat, suddenly improved. I've since begun to wear exclusively barefoot style shoes and have spent much time hiking in the desert ot woods barefoot.

@Emmachuuks After years of training, the gym almost becomes a quiet personal ritual.
English

@Metabolic1992 Appreciate it.
You realize eventually that longevity is real strength goal.
English

@MichaelPzone Focusing on sustainability and longevity comes with wisdom 😆
English

@rachaelbereba 😂😂😂
If it were Arsenal back in Wenger's era, I'd bet with you too, even though the odds of winning are slim.
English

Guys 😭 I just ate shawarma for the first time in 4years.
It’s because I had a bet with an Arsenal fan that if they ever won the Premier League I’d eat that junk. Sighs 😔
And if they won UCL, I’ll eat burger and drink soda 🤢 or eat noodles that I’ve not had in 6 years.
😭 Dear PSG don’t let that happen please 🙏
English

@hotiiofficial Most people quit during the boring phase. That's why consistency is rare.
English

A lot of people underestimate how long real muscle takes to build.
Consistency for years is the part nobody wants to hear.

Clients show me a physique pic and say: “I want this in 6 months.” No. For this, you had to start in 2021. Muscle gain is painfully slow. Fat loss can transform you in months, but building a dense, muscular physique takes years. What the average man thinks is a 6-month goal is usually a 5-year project. Be ambitious. But be realistic.
English

@Metabolic1992 Controlled reps hit differently.
Especially after heavy pressing work😂
English

@MichaelPzone Yes. I tried to do them slowly. Faster reps I can get maybe 15-20 on a fresh day. But these were brutal, man
English

@Noodles42597090 That's when training becomes calmer.
Less urgency. More consistency.
English

@Metabolic1992 Exactly.
Peolpe underestimate what small amounts
of real muscle look like when they're built consistently over years.
English

@MichaelPzone Yeah. Painfully slow. But rewarding! Even 500 grams of muscle changes how you look.
English

@Metabolic1992 @rf121rf True😂
Most guys only stert respecting recovery,
sleep and consistency once they realize youth doesn't last forever.
English

@rf121rf @MichaelPzone That surely gives an unfair advantage! But most of us don't know about our superpower: Testosterone until it starts falling 😂
English

@MichaelPzone And build it young when your hormones are primed.
