@Xfatfuk Yeah, I noticed that too on the third rep. Fatigue started taking over there. Appreciate the feedback 👍

@MichaelPzone Careful, careful. Third lift used a lot of back. Watch, your hips rose up first. Good work! 💪💪💪

Years ago I only cared about pulling heavier. Now I care more about whether I can still do this 10 years from now. 120kg (264 lbs) x3.

@PatriotJack76 Maybe for you. For me, being able to still pull pain-free 10 years from now matters more.

@MichaelPzone 260 for three reps is a waste of time.

@JohnGkatzos Exactly. That's why habbits matter more than hype. Emotion fades. System survive.

Anger can push one heavy set. Discipline keeps you training for 20 years. The strongest lifters I know don’t rely on emotion. They rely on habits.

@askcoachboye That's the goal now. Strong enough to train. Capable enough to live well.

Stronger upper body or stronger lower body… Which one would you choose if you could only keep one? 👀 Why??

@MarkBski Appreciate it. There’s something about barefoot lifting that makes the movement feel more natural and grounded.

In retrospect, since I began this journey 7 years ago, the little voice in my head that simply said "more" has been the biggest driver I've had for my success. Also, much respect for barefoot lifting. About 5 years ago, just cuz I was to lazy to put on footwear, I went into my garage and trained barefoot. That was a turning point for me in many regards, all my lifts, especially my squat, suddenly improved. I've since begun to wear exclusively barefoot style shoes and have spent much time hiking in the desert ot woods barefoot.

@rachaelbereba 😂😂😂 If it were Arsenal back in Wenger's era, I'd bet with you too, even though the odds of winning are slim.

Guys 😭 I just ate shawarma for the first time in 4years. It’s because I had a bet with an Arsenal fan that if they ever won the Premier League I’d eat that junk. Sighs 😔 And if they won UCL, I’ll eat burger and drink soda 🤢 or eat noodles that I’ve not had in 6 years. 😭 Dear PSG don’t let that happen please 🙏

@hotiiofficial Most people quit during the boring phase. That's why consistency is rare.

@MichaelPzone Yes. I tried to do them slowly. Faster reps I can get maybe 15-20 on a fresh day. But these were brutal, man

No matter how strong you get in other lifts, pullups are always humbling! 8 pullups only(!) after a grueling upper body session. Need to do them more often!
