@fortelabs I use this exact framework but have never really thought about it. 😅 Though, I’ve always used Stickies on Mac for personal/actionable things. Going to check out Things 🙏🏽

I've realized I have a very clear framework for where to put any given piece of information It's based on 1) whether it's actionable or reference info and 2) whether it's for personal use or team use

If you believe in the trend of early adopters, I think this is an unstoppable trend (at least in tech). I don't see this trend abating because you'll have to compete with me (and others) in the war for finding great talent wrt remote-first companies.

Work Like a Lion Modern work culture is a remnant of the Industrial Age. It encourages long periods of steady, monotonous work unsuited for the Information Age. If your goal is to do inspired, creative work, you have to work as a lion works. Sprint when inspired. Rest. Repeat.

@Austen I always approach the person at the gate and tell them I’m a photographer with expensive camera equipment in my bag and ask to board early to guarantee my bag is above me. I’ve been told no only once ever. (I do always have my DSLR with me on trips, but have never been Q’d) 😬

How to make money: make something people want. What people want: to make money.

Creating good process puts output on autopilot. And reduces anxiety. 🙂 I try* to templatize any and all repeatable work so that I never have to think about it twice. Takes some up front time, but this has been a game changer for me.
