@asda @Hersheys Had a bad experience recently, I was wondering if either of you could help. I bought about 10 Reece’s bars from the Asda closest to me and none of them contain any filling. It’s solid chocolate. I’m a big fan of Hershey’s’ products but this was disappointing.

@currys I returned a 1,399 Lenovo Legion laptop within the legal 14-day window. I have full proof of postage and delivery. After 20 days of stalling, and dragging me through returns hell, you have the nerve to accuse me of fraud. Absolute disgrace of a company.

@currys Thanks for forcing me to file a dispute with my bank and for zero communication regarding the laptop your courier lost after I initiated a return. I’ll have it filed by the end of today. Your customer service is atrocious. Escalation after escalation and nothing happens.

@currys very awful experience with a seemingly lost return recently. They haven’t clarified. After waiting days for a response following calling up, I’ve received an email ambiguously entertaining that the package could be lost and I submitted evidence. Still no refund.

@Uber had a really bad experience with your app. The drivers car smelled so bad that I was vomiting after for a while. I told support and I’ve not even been offered a refund on this. Just the generic “we’re taking your feedback into consideration”. Awful support.
