german supermarkt cashiers are truly special in that you wait at least 20 minutes in line, but when it's your turn you have to speed-bag everything in 30 seconds, otherwise the cashier and other shoppers will start passive-aggressively urging you to hurry up. Then when you have to pay, they will ask you for 5 different rewards and loyalty cards, and finally it takes about two minutes to print the receipt. This is why self-checkout is a hit in Germany, it took the experience from downright abusive to somewhat tolerable

I agree with this 100%. Sex often precedes commitment today. If you’re a woman who wants a long term relationship, sleeping with a man early, even on the first date, can sometimes work in your favor rather than against you. In modern dating, withholding sex does not reliably create commitment. Since many relationships develop through sexual and romantic momentum before formal exclusivity, a woman who wants a long term relationship may hurt her odds if she treats sex mainly as a gatekeeping tool.

I’m a huge fan of Alex Cooper because she understands male-female sexual dynamics & is unafraid to express her views. Women who think they should delay sex with men they’re genuinely attracted to due to fear of the guy looking down on them are deeply misguided. It’s actually the opposite. Delaying sex when there’s mutual chemistry will make the guy question why she’s holding out when she had sex early on with other men. It also will result in worse sex. Net negative for both parties. Alex understands this & should be applauded for her contribution to society, not ashamed.
