Tonight at Mississauga Planning & Development meeting is an Affordable Rental Housing report.
City is proposing to allocate $33m from Housing Accelerator funds to build between 300-500 units creating two streams of incentives for builders of multi-unit buildings 1) Affordable Rental 2) Below Market Rental.
