Disappointed with @TheAA_UK I tried to cancel my membership as I no longer need it but as I paid upfront I can’t get a refund for the unused months… had I been on monthly payments I could have just cancelled. How is that fair? #customer #service #disappointed

@ring have just randomly cancelled my subscriptions- how can that happen? Now I have to pay to reinstate a full 12 month’s subscription, and wait 7-10 days to be refunded for the cancelled subscriptions. Nonsense #NotHappyCustomer
