Due to geographical challenges, technicians will proceed to Cydna Substation once they are done with work at hand. More details will be provided once information becomes available. Once again, we apologise for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience. ^MR Note: To avoid the risk of potential damage or inrush current incidents during the restoration process, customers are requested to unplug all electrical appliances during outages.

Repairs on the remaining work will begin as soon as such access is gained. This follows a power outage affecting customers in Illovo, Dunkeld, and possibly surrounding areas. We promise to keep the affected customers updated on any developments. We apologise for the inconvenience this has caused. ^IM
