Sure, great question. I actually wouldn't worry too much about heel striking or your stride length. The real problem is overstriding. And overstriding also has no connection to stride length. You can have a really long stride like Usain Bolt, but still land underneath your center of mass like he does. So I'd suggest trying out the tips on reducing your overstride. If you have any further questions just shoot.
