@charlesconti_ @MagnusVigso Same here. Going through this now and actually amazed how different I feel after just 4/5 weeks. There’s a fundamental way to move from the “insideout” I’m learning. It all seems so basic but we’re all forgetting.

@MagnusVigso I had to learn about this the hard way as an athlete. Back to knee issues then figuring out how compressed my rib cage and restricted my diaphragm was. Reconnecting my foundational structure has been the most critical work from my feet all the way up.

@bimpnus @AlpacaAurelius Not sure about this one. I want to believe, but I eat very little processed food, live on a tropical island and am outside a lot, don’t use shampoo much, have pretty good T/DHT….but it’s a struggle.

@5DSoul @AlpacaAurelius Try a warmer ice bath. Females have way more sensitivity to the cold and usually benefit from much higher temps. Closer to 50 degrees Fahrenheit. There are a couple studies on this. Cycle stage also matters.

ive had a pain that shoots from my knee to my hip area and a bit into the groin muscle and 2 orthos, 2 PTs and meds havent helped. the pain only occurs when i lift my leg with my knee bent and move the lower portion side to side. would a peptide like this help? It has gotten a little better on its own but its very slow or seems to just stagnate.

@AskCoachKev This is false. This was established in 1916 by Wilbur Atwater by burning macros in a calorimeter. It doesn’t account for micro biome and its metabolism of 25-30% of what we eat and the role of fiber in altering. A good example is in nuts 🌰 where calories ABSORBED is 30% less.
