It’s been a tough few weeks. My 10yo daughter was diagnosed with a very rare, aggressive cancer called interdigitating dendritic cell sarcoma (IDCS). I’m reaching out to identify clinicians/patients who have encountered pediatric IDCS, indeterminate dendritic cell histiocytosis or other (non-LCH) histiocytic sarcomas cases. I'm trying to understand non-surgical chemo and targeted therapy options, new pathology markers to better diagnose subtypes/treatments, and any data on progression in pediatric patients. @MDeBoltC Typically, it spans over a day, involving 3-4 hours of text and figure review then writing the comments. It also involves a significant amount of time for downloading certain raw data and reanalyzing if discrepancies are identified.

Academics: How long does it typically take you to review a paper? I usually spend several hours (too embarrassed to say how long...), which isn't sustainable. How can I get faster? Just experience?

Found the solution. IM values were present in the raw data but diapysef converter legacy version (0.35) was not exporting them correctly and the issue was solved using the latest diapysef-1.0.10 @hroest

Converting DIA timsTOF .d folders into mzML using diapysef, resulting in all binary Data Array Lists in 2D (i.e. m/z and intensity), don't observe any ion mobility. What is the best way to extract IM values here? @r_l_moritz @charu_kapil
