@Maths_Devon I worked for a head who got this. She was good at protecting her team and ensuring boundaries. Sometimes it’s the little things. She would knock on colleagues’ doors and wait until asked to enter before going in. Enormous respect

Members of SLT, it's not difficult. If you treat your staff with respect (like some do to me) then your staff will go that extra mile. If you treat us like a cog in the machine (ditto) then don't be surprised at how we respond to you. Controversial?
