A bit of SDA history #GiggleVTickle. The Giggle judgment did not create the problem. It exposed it. Australia has a Sex Discrimination Act (SDA) that clearly fails to protect women as a sex class in the very contexts where sex matters most. That is a legislative failure.🧵

I’ve always said that as soon as most Australians realised what had been imposed on them in the form of “men can be women” by an arrogant and authoritarian Brahmin left (professional-managerial class) they would be horrified. Well, that moment came when the federal court found against Sall Grover.

How do our orphans spend their evenings? At our Nairobi and Kaluku Nurseries, each orphan returns to their own stable at dusk – a stable lined with freshly cut branches and browse. A Keeper sleeps on a raised platform inside the stable, within reach of the elephant's trunk - so should a trunk snake up reaching for comfort at any hour of night, they will always be rewarded. Milk is mixed fresh every three hours through the night and hand-delivered in two big bottles. At our Voi, Umani and Ithumba Reintegration Units, the orphans share larger, communal stockades and Keepers sleep nearby rather than inside.
