ENERGY LOCKDOWNS are coming! If you thought COVID was bad, that's nothing compared to the energy lockdowns now being pushed. The International Energy Agency now wants "alternating license plat restrictions" (among other things), where you're not allowed to be on the roads on certain days. They also want to reduce all road speed limits everywhere, so that traveling by road is increasingly suffocating and slow. Their 10 Recommended Measures: 1) Work from home — Remote work could cut oil use from commuting by up to 6% nationally. 2) Reduce highway speed limits — Lowering limits by at least 10 km/h reduces fuel consumption for cars and trucks. 3) Shift to public transport — Increased use of buses, trains, and metros to replace private car trips. 4) Increase carpooling — Sharing rides to reduce the number of vehicles on the road. 5) Adopt more efficient driving practices — Smoother acceleration and braking to save fuel. 6) Car-free Sundays or alternating license plate restrictions — Rotation schemes to limit overall vehicle use. 7) Improve fleet efficiency — Businesses and governments to fast-track more fuel-efficient vehicle deployment. 8) Avoid non-essential air travel — A reduction of around 40% of flights taken for work purposes is feasible in the short term while maintaining productivity. 9) Switch to electric or modern cooking solutions — Encouraging electric cooking and other modern options can reduce reliance on LPG. 10) Leverage flexibility in petrochemical feedstocks — Industry can help free up LPG for essential uses while reducing oil consumption through quick operational improvements. In countries where LPG supplies are under pressure, facilities may be able to switch from LPG to alternative feedstocks such as naphtha. Gosh, it almost seems like the war was PLANNED as a way to take away your liberty... Full report here: iea.org/news/new-iea-r…

Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla says their research is now going to oncology products, which they're developing at "the speed of light." They gave everybody who took the COVID shot turbo cancer & now they're going to use those people for more profit. Biggest crime against humanity.

My three-year-old adores the Usborne Beginner books. Building knowledge in science and history as soon as possible!

So I have been purchasing whole wheat berries and other grains (emmer/farro, which is closely related, and often used in bread in the ancient Roman world) from Azure Standard (link below), milling it myself (I got a Mockmill 200, link below), creating my own flour, then using it to bake my own bread. All the grains are organic, and come in bags of multiple pounds (I usually get 25 lb and 60 lb bags). The resulting bread not only tastes great, but is FAR more healthy than most modern “bread,” which in some ways I hesitate to call “bread,” because it often simply doesn’t include everything from the grain of wheat (usually only the starchy, carb-heavy part). The bread I’ve been able to bake is FAR more nutrient dense in every way. Not only that, but because it includes the entirety of the wheat, the absorption of the starchy (i.e. carb/“sugar”) part of the wheat into your bloodstream is far more regulated by all the fiber and protein that is also present (and modern “bread” lacks). There is a reason Our Lord called Himself the “Bread of Life,” and comes to us through bread in the Eucharist: because bread, when done the way God intended, is actually incredibly HEALTHY for us, contrary to the “bread” that modern industrial “food corp” has produced. For example, in one loaf of farro bread I make (which is simply my milled flour + yeast + salt + water), here is some of what you get: —1,200 calories total —52 grams of Protein —252 grams of Carbs (complex, nutrient dense) —40 grams of Fiber (more than the daily value) —470 mg of Magnesium (more than the daily value) —10-11 mg of Zinc (almost daily value) —1,450 mg of Potassium (1/3 daily value) —1,200 mg of Phosphorus (almost daily value) —Rich in B vitamins (daily value, or almost daily value for most) And all the fiber is extremely helpful for cultivating a healthy gut biome. Bread made from the hard red wheat, and similar kinds of wheat, is similar in its nutrition profile. RECIPE Here is the rough recipe I use for bread (I adjust it slightly based on the different types of grain I use). —3 cups flour —1.5 cups warm water —1 pack instant yeast (or 2.25 tsps) —1 tsp salt (though I’ve found more is just fine) Mix them all up. Roll into a ball as much as possible, and let it sit for an hour so the yeast can rise. After the hour, fold 10 times. Bake at 450 degrees in a glass container or Dutch Oven—covered for first 20 minutes, uncovered for last 10-15 minutes. You can either spray the container with oil (I usually use avocado oil), or use parchment paper (which I’ve been doing more frequently, and it works greats) I hoe this is a helpful start for the rest of you! BREAD THE WAY GOD INTENDED IT is incredibly tasty and HEALTHY for us. Azure Standard (for the grains): azurestandard.com Mill (Mockmill 200): mockmill.us/product/mockmi…
