@ATTHelp I called to ask for 2 things, please cancel my home internet service as I had requested in September and 2 please refund me the money for the 3 months when you didn't provide me any service.

@ATTHelp I recently moved to a new address and asked @ATT to move my home internet service to my new address. @ATT informed us that they don't have coverage in our new neighborhood. However @ATT has continued to get money from my account as if I am getting a service for the past 3 months
