@adammocklerr Dems blaming Paxton for a "lenient" child abuse plea deal—but leaving out facts: 1) First trial ended in a mistrial (hung jury), 2) The child did NOT want to testify again—to protect mental health, 3) This is the messy reality of child abuse prosecutions, not political leniency.

@adammocklerr Needless law. Federal investigators can sometimes obtain ballots or related records IF they have a valid warrant and a legitimate criminal investigation. That is very different from simply “seizing ballots” to rerun an election or review results on their own.

Gov. @GavinNewsom: Trump himself just last week said that he won the election in California. Can't even make that one up. I'm not talking about January 6th, the fact he pardoned all those folks that were beating up cops. And absolved them, providing them $1.776 billion dollars. Not only do you get a pardon, you get rewarded.

I personally know more than 20 physicians who have already moved, or are actively in the process of moving, to Canada: surgeons, cardiologists, ICU physicians, and other highly accomplished doctors with strong research portfolios and elite training. For many of them, the only real barrier in America was country of birth, or the exhaustion of living under constant uncertainty. When a country makes its most skilled, vetted, and productive professionals feel disposable, it should not be surprised when another country turns them into an asset.
